I.S. Voorhees was the Assistant Engineer for the Klamath Project from 1904-1906 and the Assistant Project Engineer from 1907 to 1912. Collection contains a binder with the copies of the report on the Bureau of Reclamation water management project in the Klamath Basin, written by assistant engineer I.S. Voorhees (misspelled on the cover).
